2 medium apples, peeled and chopped

¼ cup butter, melted
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1 tablespoon milk
Directions
Preheat the air fryer by setting the temperature to 400°F and the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Place the parchment paper in an 8-inch baking tray, or air fryer basket, and mist it lightly with olive oil spray.

Crack eggs into the same bowl, add milk, lemon juice, and vanilla, and whisk them well until smooth batter forms.
Add apples and fold them into the mixture well.
Spoon ¼ cupful of batter onto the baking tray with 2-inch intervals. You can use cookie scoop to do so.
Mist them lightly with olive oil spray.
Open the air fryer, place the baking tray, and close the air fryer.
Set the timer to 8 minutes and press the “Start/Pause” button to start baking.
Bake the apple fritters until golden brown by flipping them over halfway through.
