This Samovar is just great. It looks really nice and elevate the kitchen . The only recommendation that I have is if they can add a lid for the Samovar itself so that ppl don't have to have the tea put on it at all the time but it's not a big deal. I still love it and it perfect for making Persian tea.

I have been drinking Tea all my life ( Persian Tea) , I have been looking for a perfect , functional and safe Samavar for over 30 years and I have been trying all different kind and type from different manufacturers.
After I was in communication with SAKI rep via email , asking all different kind of questions and representative responding to me very patiently I decided to make my purchase .
Now , why I am completely satisfied with my purchase ?
1- unit arrived and I followed the instruction by boiling the water 2 times to clean it .
2 - used my Dry persian Tea for fresh Tea .
3- once water gets to boiling temperature goes back to 94-97 to keep the tea fresh and not over done .( great feature as you don’t have to manually do this )
4-samavar will turn off automatically after few hours if you forget to do so .( there is a beautiful red light on once the samavar is turned on , that will stay on as long as samavar is running )
So the Tea you will have regardless of type will be an excellent brewed Tea but ABOVE ALL , is the customer service you will receive directly from this team .
