Yes. While our 30-day return policy applies globally, the logistics for international returns are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the complexities of international shipping and customs, Saki does not provide prepaid return labels for orders outside of the United States.

To qualify for a refund, the product must arrive at our warehouse in its original, unused condition and in its original premium packaging. Please note that original shipping fees and any regional duties or taxes paid upon arrival are non-refundable.
