What comes in the box with Luna Electric Kettle Pro?

SAKI Team

Unboxing a new gadget is the best part, but before you plug anything in, it is important to take inventory. Here is a checklist of exactly what you should find when you open your Luna Electric Kettle Pro box.

1.The Luna Kettle (Main Unit)

The first thing you will notice is the kettle itself.

  • What to look for: It should be a 1.75L stainless steel vessel.
  • Check point: Inspect the spout and the handle. The body should feel solid and the finish should be smooth. Make sure there is no protective film left inside the kettle.

2: The Power Base

Tucked underneath or beside the kettle, you will find the circular base.

  • What to look for: This is the "brain" of the operation. It features the digital screen and the control dial.
  • Check point: Ensure the power cord is attached and the dial turns smoothly left and right.

3: The User Manual & Warranty Card

Don't toss the paperwork!

  • What to look for: A booklet containing setup guides, safety instructions, and warranty details.
  • Why you need it: Even though the Luna is intuitive, the manual contains the specific "Calibration" codes for high-altitude users and tips for descaling.

4: The Descaling Packet

  • What to look for: A small packet of citric acid or descaling solution is often included to help you with your first deep clean.
  • Pro Tip: If you don't use it immediately, store this in a kitchen drawer. You will thank yourself in a month when the "Descale" light blinks!

Warning: Keep the Box! We recommend flattening the box and storing it for at least 30 days. If you ever need to make a return or exchange, having the original packaging makes the process much smoother.
