Good However...
This does make a smooth good tasting cup of coffee however the included coffee is leaving a lot of fines in the bottom of the cup. I've ordered a manual Turkish grinder and hope it does better.

Well made and functions perfectly. The maker doesn’t overboil the coffee. No bitterness at all. Also, best ibrik coffee I’ve ever had. Though I prefer fresh ground, the preground included coffee is excellent too. Highly recommended!

This makes good coffee that tastes much better than other electric makers. I really appreciate that it does not use plastic parts for cooking or heating, as residue from heated plastic causes me breathing problems (due to severe asthma). I think this is better for everyone's health.

First, we always drink about a 12-ounce mug of coffee. This machine can make my mugful! Fantastic! The coffee comes out hot and delicious. Wonderful! Easy to use. Yay! Made well. Unit is SO attractive although... ...the black electrical cord is thick and not attractive at all. Yuck. (Grays goes with ALL kitchen decor. ) If it were a gray or lighter colored chord, I'd buy another in a second. I love, love, love the machine. We enjoy strong tasting coffee so we use French Roast that's grounded turkish . Totally recommend.

I am from India and have been in love with Turkey for a long time. Upon the recommendation of my friend Funda, we bought the Saki Turkish coffee machine last month. Funda graciously shared a discount coupon with us so we were grateful to buy this machine at a good price. The machine arrived very well packed, with clear instructions about how to use it. The very first time and without exception, every time after, the Saki Turkish coffee machine has brewed us a perfect cup! This machine is superior as the cup is made of metal, not plastic, and it brews Turkish coffee by mimicking the hot sand method. Another nice touch is that Saki sends you a free box of Turkish coffee when one buys the coffee machine! There are other, more expensive, competitive brands but Saki has priced its product well so that more Turkish coffee aficionados can access it to enjoy the perfect cup of Turkish coffee. Don't think twice. Buy it rightaway.

I grew up in Türkiye drinking Turkish coffee every day, and I've owned several Turkish coffee machines over the years. They all made decent coffee, but none produced the thick, velvety foam that, to me, defines a proper cup. It's the hardest part to get right, especially with a machine. The Saki got it right on the first try, within minutes. It's intuitive enough that you don't need any experience making Turkish coffee. It's also quiet, compact, and well engineered, and it looks elegant on the counter. It arrived beautifully packaged with freshly ground coffee, which tasted fresh and rich. If you love Turkish coffee or want to add it to your coffee routine, this machine is worth the counter space. It would also make a lovely gift.

Does not dissolve the coffee very well. Also, was under the impression you could simply boil water for tea - it shuts off when it's just water. Overall, can leave unattended which is a nice feature.

This machine is a great alternative for those with an electric stovetop. Turkish coffee requires proper heat management and this machine automates that part of the process making it easy. We have an electric stovetop which is not fit for making Turkish coffee and we are really enjoying this machine. I did find an error in the manual stating that the machine should have a steady white light when it is complete which is not correct. I would like to suggest adding a chime and some indicator lights so that it's obvious if the unit is working or malfunctioning. The manual I received with my machine was incorrect and I confirmed this with the support team.
