    Great product and excellent customer service

    Bought it as a gift for my elderly mother so she doesn't have to keep standing and stirring her soup. Unfortunately the package arrived with a missing a part , the stirrer axle. I emailed the support team and they were quick to reply and they shipped the missing part that same day.
