How to Adjust the Hold Timer

1.Enter Settings Menu: With the device powered on, rotate the dial until you see the Hold icon on the LCD screen.

2.Select 'Hold': Press the center of the dial to enter the Hold Time sub-menu.

3.Choose Duration: Rotate the dial to scroll through the available preset intervals:

- 30 minutes
- 60 minutes
- 90 minutes
- 120 minutes

4.Confirm: Press the center of the dial, rotate until the exit menu. Then press exit.

What Happens During 'Hold'?

Once you have selected your tea preset and the water reaches that temperature, the tea maker will beep. The LCD screen will then transition to show the Hold and Hold Temperature. This keeps the water in the bottom kettle at the perfect temperature to continue steaming the concentrate in the top teapot.
