• Hardware: Most brewing products purchased directly from sakiproducts.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.

• Consumables: To ensure the safety of our community and the integrity of our roasts, coffee purchases from the Fresh Club are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

• Condition: Items that show signs of wear, damage from improper use, or are missing original components do not qualify for the exchange protocol.
