Upon receipt and inspection of your return at our warehouse, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of your returned product arriving at our warehouse. Once the refund is issued, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount on your statement. The overall process typically takes 10–14 days.
