    Baristan pour over base and pot

    This company is awesome when it comes to product AND customer service. I had issues w my first Baristan base not quite working properly. The service rep AND manager responded immediately and stepped in - a new base was in the mail the same week of purchase!

    This pour over pot is fabulous! You can set whatever temperature you desire, and it remembers it for the next time. Made of high quality materials, and it’s stylish! Makes a great pour over and green tea has never tasted this good! we love it! I highly recommend this pot. And we appreciate this company ! Thank you!

    Replacement base

    I’m happy that Saki stood behind their product and replaced my base. I only had it for 15 days before it malfunctioned. We will see how long the kettle lasts with the new base. I love having the convenience of hot water available when I want a cup of tea.
