A part on the top that we could fit a smaller tea pot. Cord get out of the grove and make the samovar imbalance A lower temperature setting is also helpful

I love it! But would love it more if it had an extra lid for the tea pot so that you can remove the infuser so the tea doesn’t get too strong.

Overall it's a beautiful and functional samovar that performs well. However, the main water reservoir is not detachable from the electric base. This creates an inconvenience. You must unplug the entire unit and carry it (with the wire) to the sink for refilling or cleaning. Even making the power cord detachable from the unit itself would make handling it easier—a feature to hopefully consider in a future version

Great product I love it. It just works and thats from someone who has had several other well known brands break including one during first use. My only request is that the spout be a little higher as many slightly larger cups dont easily sit under the spout especially with the magnetic grate in place.

I noticed you have changed the tea pot design from ceramic to glass. It looks very classy. Just an observation to pass along, on the ceramic one one could remove the tea strainer and the lead could be put back on but with this glass design, the lead can’t be used without the tea strainer. I hope we won’t have any issue with the thermometer switch. This was a replacement and we do appreciate the customer service of Saki.
