It is early to say because I just got my kettle. I was really happy to find an electric kettle that does not have glue or plastic. I use it a few times every day and I like to take care of myself

It's been three days since we got our new electric kettle, and we're already loving it! The minimalist, ergonomic design is a big plus. I also love that I don't have to boil the water and then wait for it to cool to a drinkable temperature. We've used electric kettles for years — they typically last 3–5 years — so I'm hoping this one holds up just as well.

We started looking for a plastic free kettle that had multiple heat settings when we had our son. I cared very deeply about finding something that had no plastic elements at all and did a LOT of research. The SAKI Luna kettle came very well-recommended. We also liked that it had a “formula” setting. Recently, the kettle briefly got stuck at one temperature. I reached out to customer support, and they gave me recommendations to try to fix it and offered to replace if those didn’t work. The recommendations worked well and my kettle is back to its high functioning glory. They also emailed and checked in after I gave them the news it was working again. Overall I’m very happy with my kettle and would absolutely purchase again!

I'm so happy to switch to a kettle where there is no plastic or silicone that comes in contact with the water or steam. I've been trying to detoxify my kitchen for several years now. The hold feature is very helpful while I'm making tea and especially French press coffee and am busy with other kitchen activities at the same time. Heats up really quickly. The interface is intuitive and pretty well thought out. I like that it remembers your last setting. I make lots of different beverages so I change it often but it's really helpful when I can use the same setting twice. I only have one note and one minor idea for improvement. Be aware that the exterior of the kettle and lid get quite warm (no problem as the ample handle stays quite cool). One small improvement: it would be helpful if the minimum and maximum fill lines were on both sides of the interior. Thanks Saki!!!

Since moving to tea from coffee and staying at a rental that had an electric tea kettle, I had been on the hunt. I spent weeks reading reviews and at first, I thought I wanted something that was pretty glass and would heat quickly. As I continued to read, I realized the most important features I wanted was precision of temperature and a kettle that had zero plastic parts touching the boiling water. I only found about 4 brands that met that criteria. As I compared them, the additional features that made me choose Saki was its capacity, small footprint, warranty, price point and its beauty. We really like our new saki electric tea kettle No plastic ! Beautiful color choices And it forces us to be careful about turning it off after use and unplugging it - as well as emptying the water. All important safety items for any electric appliance even with automatic turn off. We really think we made the best choice after very careful research !

I like this kettle and the options. That said, my old Cuisinart kettle , which is 10 years old and now the backup, also has the different temp setting and is good, too. I bought this Saki because it is 100% metal, no plastic. The only thing that bothers me is the settings dial. Mine is not as smooth as portrayed in the Saki video. So we have not customized it beyond one temp setting and units. Disappointing.

Kettle is okay. Props to the marketing team on creating a beautiful website & product design. My main beef is the buttons, and slider / selector. It feels like a really cheap toy. It doesn't match the price tag of the kettle and makes me think it will break soon. I had high hopes, but very disappointed on quality of the Interface / Buttons on the kettle. When you pay this much for a kettle, you expect it to be excellent.

It’s pretty, it’s fast, it works well on the counter top. I like it. The pretty green color is a plus. I enjoy the digital read out as it heats. Watching the the red light as it holds is jarring and I usually just turn it off when it’s hot.
