To use the SAKI Turkish Tea Maker Pro in the traditional two-tier style, you use the bottom kettle to boil and store hot water and the top teapot to create a "tea concentrate."

This method allows you to customize the strength of every single cup by mixing the concentrate with the hot water.

1. Prepare the Water (Bottom Kettle)

  • Fill: Fill the stainless steel lower kettle with fresh water up to the MAX line (1.75L).
  • Boil: Place it on the power base. Rotate the smart dial to the Anatolian Brew preset (or your preferred boiling temperature) and press to start.
  • Stack: Place the empty upper teapot on top while the water heats. The rising steam will pre-warm the stainless steel, which helps the tea leaves release their aroma more effectively.

2. Create the Concentrate (Top Teapot)

  • Add Tea: Once the water in the bottom kettle is hot, add your loose-leaf tea to the Magnetic Infuser attached to the lid of the top pot. A standard ratio is 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of tea per 8 ounces of water.
  • Brew: Pour the freshly boiled water from the bottom kettle over the tea leaves in the top pot until it is about half or three-quarters full.
  • Refill & Rest: Refill the bottom kettle with a bit more water and place it back on the base. Put the top teapot back on top of the kettle.
  • Steep: The tea maker will automatically switch to Temperature Hold. Let the concentrate steep for 15–20 minutes.

3. Serving the Perfect Cup

When serving, you mix the two together in your glass. Because you have a "concentrate" in the top and "pure water" in the bottom, you can hit different strength profiles:

Pro Tip: Never drink the concentrate from the top pot straight—it is meant to be diluted! The "Temperature Hold" feature will keep both the water and the concentrate at the perfect temperature for hours without the tea becoming bitter from over-boiling.
