Use this kettle for my pour over coffee everyday and found that this product is not as good as the Timemore kettle. Even the piece is $20 to $30 lower and the design is very similar, the user experience is not friendly, especially the control panel power on/off to use. I love to support local design but I think the design team need to have more innovation comparing to others so Saki can stay in the game.

Beautiful design that boils water quickly. My only negative is the control panel. As others have stated it just doesn’t respond correctly on the first try. You have to push in exactly the right place several times before it responds accordingly. Mine may need to be returned but I was trying to give it some time to see if I could get any consistency from the panel.

Love this gooseneck kettle! Very cool design and made with sturdy stainless steel inside and out. No plastic touches water, which was the main reason I bought this. Heats the water very quickly and accurately. My only gripe is with the touch controls. I feel like it would have been better to have buttons bc they don’t register your touch very well. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase and it arrived quickly.

I had good experience with purchasing this kettle. We had different kettle and it stop working, so I got this kettle for my coffee and it had been working great until on and off switch stop working. I had some frustrations every day and finally reach to SAKI about problem. They were so quick to find out what is problem and ended up sent me a new one. I'm happy that I can use good kettle again and their customer service. I will keep making my coffee with this kettle.

A solid kettle. Heating happens quickly and is accurate. Very rarely overshoots the desired temperature and, if it does, it’s not by much. Also very much appreciate that interior has zero plastic. My one suggestion would be for the display temperature to update continuously. I am not sure when we the temperature dips below the target except for a small indication that the water is reheating (plus the sound of the water being heated itself). Not terrible but I have grabbed the kettle off the element only for it to start heating as I pick it up. More so slightly annoying for me, but could matter more for someone who really cares about constant temperature during pour.

I've used my new kettle for just a few days but there are two concerns I have. The first is that there was some gluey residue on the panel where the controls are. In trying to remove the glue, I have succeeded only in spreading it around. Now the panel is a mess! The second issue is all the pressing I have had to do to get the process to start. It has always taken me several tries to hit the power button in a way that will actually start the unit. I am not sure I would recommend the product to others.

It is well designed and almost perfect from a functional perspective, The only reservations that I have is its modest capacity. I would increase it by an ounce or two. The kettle doesn't shut off after have pressed and held the off button. This is an inconvenience You should consider expanding your product line to include a well designed thermos that will hold hot coffee hot for several hours. There is a need for this related product. wh

This kettle is almost perfect! Packaging is great. The design is very elegant and looks great in my coffee corner. Heats up quickly and I love the auto-hold feature. It holds the temperature within a couple degrees of the set temperature. The pulsing led light is pretty cool. The handle is quite comfortable. One of the best features is that it is very easy to have a slow, controlled flow for pour over coffee, but pours much quicker by a slight change in the handle angle for tea or french press. And, to top it off, customer service is top notch, replying very quickly and professionally. My only small gripe is that you have to hold the on/off button for 5-6 seconds to turn it off, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

Got a Baristan gooseneck kettle for christmas. When we took it out of the box it was broken (buttons didn't function). After a couple of weeks a new one arrived (free, no charge for shipping) and it has been great. It works well.

Works well and temps seem to be accurate. No interior plastic or silicone other than the rubber seal on the lid. I looked for a long time before deciding to buy this kettle. Suggested improvements I'd like to see the rubber on the lid removed from the design. There are other gooseneck kettles without it. Tactile buttons and temperature control dial, but it works. This would be more robust too. Powdercoated finish on the kettle.

I searched far and wide for all of the elements I was looking for in an idea kettle: non plastic, large capacity, pre-set temperatures, no sound option, fair price, good looking. We started looking for a plastic free kettle that had multiple heat settings when we had our son. I cared very deeply about finding something that had no plastic elements at all and did a LOT of research. The SAKI Luna kettle came very well-recommended. We also liked that it had a “formula” setting. Recently, the kettle briefly got stuck at one temperature. I reached out to customer support, and they gave me recommendations to try to fix it and offered to replace if those didn’t work. The recommendations worked well and my kettle is back to its high functioning glory. They also emailed and checked in after I gave them the news it was working again. Overall I’m very happy with my kettle and would absolutely purchase again!

I'm so happy to switch to a kettle where there is no plastic or silicone that comes in contact with the water or steam. I've been trying to detoxify my kitchen for several years now. The hold feature is very helpful while I'm making tea and especially French press coffee and am busy with other kitchen activities at the same time. Heats up really quickly. The interface is intuitive and pretty well thought out. I like that it remembers your last setting. I make lots of different beverages so I change it often but it's really helpful when I can use the same setting twice. I only have one note and one minor idea for improvement. Be aware that the exterior of the kettle and lid get quite warm (no problem as the ample handle stays quite cool). One small improvement: it would be helpful if the minimum and maximum fill lines were on both sides of the interior. Thanks Saki!!!

The Luna has completed my Hot Drink Station nicely. It’s so easy to dial in the exact temperature for whatever I’m brewing, and the hold feature is a lifesaver for those moments when I can’t break away from my desk to pour my tea. I've used the Luna EKP several times. Very nice. It heats the water fairly quietly, and it holds it there to my desired temp for my desired time. MINOR issues: 1 - The menu selection dial is not particularly ergonomic. It took me a while to realize it turns as long as there's friction between your finger and the control, and the menu is bit "jumpy". 2 - The MIN and MAX lines are difficult to see. Making them larger and increasing the contrast would make it perfect. 3 - The distance between the handle (grip) and the kettle itself is slightly excessive which creates a leverage issue and therefore a fairly strong hand to lift a full kettle off the launch pad and pour it gracefully.
