I like that the unit remembers my last setting. I like the ease with rotating through the presets as well as individual settings. The unit is heavy, but not unmanageable. It's good looking, does not take up too much of a footprint on my counter. And is very easy to clean because the top, with the metal and not plastic under it, is fully removable. I'm really enjoying my purchase so far.

Main issue: quality of stainless steel is good, but not excellent. I expected better at this price point: already a fair amount of metal staining, after only a few days of use. Overall, I am quite happy with it, notwithstanding!
Coby V. · 4/5So far, we really like the appearance, features, weight of the appliance when it is full and quick heating of this product. Our only issues are : - the markings on the inside that show the minimum and maximum water levels are so small that it is very difficult to make them out. Larger lettering would make silver on silver letters more readable. - we have a filtered water dispenser that is on the inside of our Subzero refrigerator. We can't put the spout which is small or the open lid near enough to the dispenser to fill it and need to use a pitcher or measuring cup to fill it.

In another booklet which we luckily saw that it says rinse and boil water and throw away as a first time use. It says hold option is default enabled but it’s not, we have to keep enabling it. It doesn’t mention if there is an auto shut off if water level is low or no water. And top of it all, is sure is loud

Tea tastes better with water boiled according to the tea type! If the performance holds through I am adding this to my gift giving list.

I’ve tried using different outlets, but I get the same issue. Sometimes it turns on right away, but sometimes I need to click the button a few times to get it to work. It’s annoying when I’m trying to rush and make my morning tea before work. Not sure the gorgeous look is worth the extra frustration.
