Exchange eligibility is determined by the following technical and safety standards:

  • Hardware: All brewing products are eligible for exchange within the 30-day window, provided they are in their original, unused condition and in the original premium packaging.

  • Consumables: To ensure the safety of our community and the integrity of our roasts, coffee purchases from the Fresh Club are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Condition: Items that show signs of wear, damage from improper use, or are missing original components do not qualify for the exchange protocol.
