The Magnetic Infuser is one of the most innovative features of the SAKI Turkish Tea Maker Pro. It allows you to control the steeping process without opening the lid, preventing your tea from becoming bitter.

1. How to Attach the Infuser

The infuser consists of the stainless steel mesh basket and the Universal Lid.

• Alignment: Hold the lid and align the top of the mesh basket with the magnetic attachment point on the underside of the lid.
• Snap in Place: The strong magnet will "click" the basket into position. Ensure it is centered so it hangs straight.
• Fill with Tea: Add your loose-leaf tea into the basket. For a full pot of concentrate, 3–4 scoops are generally recommended.

2.How it Actually Works

• The Magnetic Lock: The infuser basket is held firmly against the lid by a strong magnet. This ensures the filter stays in place and doesn't rattle or fall while you are pouring.
• Gradual Steeping: As you pour the tea concentrate out of the top pot into your cups, the water level inside the teapot naturally drops. Because the filter is fixed to the lid (the highest point), the tea leaves eventually lose contact with the water as the level goes down.
• Bitterness Prevention: This design ensures that as you drink your tea, the remaining concentrate doesn't continue to sit in the leaves for hours, which is what typically causes that over-steeped, bitter taste.

Correct Usage Steps

1. Attach: Snap the stainless steel filter to the magnetic point on the lid.
2. Steep: Place the lid on the teapot. The leaves will be submerged in the water you've added to the top pot.
3. Serve: As you serve the "dem" (concentrate), the water level recedes, naturally "lifting" the leaves out of the liquid.

3. Cleaning & Care

• Detaching: Once the tea is finished and the unit has cooled, simply pull the mesh basket away from the magnetic lid.
• Rinsing: Dump the used leaves and rinse the stainless steel basket under warm water. It is also dishwasher safe.
• Wiping the Magnet: Ensure the magnetic contact point on the lid is kept clean of tea residue to maintain a strong connection.
