Correct design priorities

Excellent product

Very good, a few flaws
Things I like: + it holds a large amount of water + it heats up quickly + there’s a light that indicates that it’s on + it looks nice + it doesn’t release a plastic smell when it’s hot like my Fellow EKG + it beeps when it’s ready + easy to use settings Things I don’t like: - when the kettle is filled to the maximum fill line, boiling the water causes it to spurt out the top. It must be kept away from the wall/backsplash to prevent persistent dampness which could lead to fungus growth. - the highest hold temp appears to be 208 F. Why can’t it hold a boil? It should at least be able to hold at 211. - it’s a little boisterous as it heats. The kettle jiggles and it’s much noisier than my Fellow EKG. - unnecessary plastic on the lid. Why couldn’t it be all metal?

Beautiful Kettle!
I love how simple the interface is — many options for refinement and also super easy to just boil water. And the water boils quickly. Also I really like that it is smooth to pour from and all stainless inside, though I think the metal makes it extra loud as it begins to heat up —far louder than the glass kettle I previously owned (the plastic lid of which broke far sooner than it should have). It’s actually bigger than I need so kinda of wish you also had a 1 liter option—but won’t’ be trading this gorgeous kettle in any time soon as I think we’ll be very happy together.

Easy Use Presets
I like that the unit remembers my last setting. I like the ease with rotating through the presets as well as individual settings. The unit is heavy, but not unmanageable. It's good looking, does not take up too much of a footprint on my counter. And is very easy to clean because the top, with the metal and not plastic under it, is fully removable. I'm really enjoying my purchase so far.

No plastic ;)
It was 20 dollars more than another common appliance brand with the same features and NO Plastic. I decided to purchase even though this brand is new to me. My one suggestion the fill lines are hard to see and only visible if the handle is on the right side- fine for righties but my left handed husband always puts the kettle down with the handle on the left side and I have to turn the kettle to see the fill lines. Fill lines going all the way around would be great as the line is about an inch long and there’s not much contrast from the interior.

Almost perfect
We really like this kettle but I found that the lid falls off when I try to empty the kettle. I would prefer a hinged lid. I would also prefer a stainless steel exterior, rather than powder coated. The paint eventually scratches and I don't like having to heat paint indoors multiple times a day.

The kettle is well made and the temp control works well. My only thought is the design. It makes it heavier to lift because of the tall and narrow design. For elders, a more squat design is easier to pick up. My favorite kettle has always been one that looks like a tea pot.

Very nice, with some minor flaws
Excellent features and design. Appreciate altitude seatings. Ought allow global conversion to metric (so m, not feet, if Celsius). Main issue: quality of stainless steel is good, but not excellent. I expected better at this price point: already a fair amount of metal staining, after only a few days of use. Overall, I am quite happy with it, notwithstanding!

Pleased with two suggestions
So far, we really like the appearance, features, weight of the appliance when it is full and quick heating of this product. Our only issues are : - the markings on the inside that show the minimum and maximum water levels are so small that it is very difficult to make them out. Larger lettering would make silver on silver letters more readable. - we have a filtered water dispenser that is on the inside of our Subzero refrigerator. We can't put the spout which is small or the open lid near enough to the dispenser to fill it and need to use a pitcher or measuring cup to fill it.

Good kettle but seemingly complicated to operate
Instructions are not good for sure. At one place it says first time use is just full water and boil. In another booklet which we luckily saw that it says rinse and boil water and throw away as a first time use. It says hold option is default enabled but it’s not, we have to keep enabling it. It doesn’t mention if there is an auto shut off if water level is low or no water. And top of it all, is sure is loud

Nicely designed
There's zero plastic touching the water or getting in contact with the steam, which is great. This kettle looks and performs well in high altitude, which was my issue with cheaper ones in the past with temperature controls. The top teapot part is removable for times you only need to boil water.

So far, I am very pleased.
I took my Turkish Tea Maker Pro on its maiden voyage today. It worked perfectly for me (or I think it did since I've never been to Turkey and have only witnessed Turkish tea being prepared and consumed in movies and TV shows from Turkey). I found the control menu easy to work, and the base plate did an excellent job holding the temperature where I had set it as I continued to drink my tea. So far, I am very pleased.

I bought it 5 years ago, It started giving no water signal for no reason about a year later. It used to work after getting the plug off and on. But last couple month that trick stopped working. So I throw it away. It dis not know that I could by parts. I wish I kept them and purchased only the bottom parts. Still, I used it almost every day and loved this product . It is expensive but I think it is worthy. Planning to buy another one but thinking about getting longer warranty this time.

Stylish Design But The Infuser Could Be Better
It’s a very stylish product, and the temperature control feature is definitely an important advantage. The infuser magnetically attaching to the teapot lid is also a nice touch. However, unfortunately, the teapot infuser design falls into the same flaw as many similar products. Unless you are brewing a full pot of tea, the amount of tea you place in the infuser will never be sufficient for the amount of water in the pot due to the way the infuser is designed. For this to work efficiently, the infuser should either extend all the way to the bottom of the teapot or have a structure that widens toward the bottom.

Love it!
I am absolutely thrilled with my Saki Pro. It is so clever and well designed. I love being able to set the temp lower for my chamomile tea ( because otherwise 212 degree water kills the chamomile flowers). love it that it will hold water at the set tempersture ( in case, say, you did not pour quite enough water into your tea or coffee. I love it that it turns itself off. All in all, am thinkingbof buying another fir my son's house.

I sent a detailed description of the problem, but received a stock page of product hints unrelated to the issue. Then, silence. They couldn't care less if you're displeased. I need to talk to a REAL HUMAN BEING. What is the phone number, can my phone camera connect to yours and what are your hours and days to call? A machine is stupid. A human being can think. Your manual doesn't give good directions. Can I use the little one without the big one if I use a portable induction burner to heat water? I like using the lid for both kettles. It's two in one. Great Product! As advertised!
I had to read the starter guide to understand how to initiate my first boil but after that I was good to go. I like that I can set the boil level and set a hold for a set time. A cool add on or even a free gift idea is adding a cloth or mat to sit the top kettle on after the water reaches temperature since there is condensation on the bottom of top kettle that is set aside to pour the hot water to steep your tea or coffee.

I am giving the SAKI Turkish Tea Maker Pro a 4-star rating. After using it for several days, here is my breakdown of the pros and areas for improvement. Pros: Authentic Quality: It stays true to the traditional double-pot Turkish tea style, and the tea quality is excellent. Convenience: Being electric with built-in presets makes brewing authentic tea at home much easier and more convenient than traditional stovetop methods. Design: The unit is very stylish and feels like it is made with high-quality materials. Initial Impression: While I have only owned it for a few days—and time will tell regarding its long-term durability—the build quality seems promising. Room for Improvement: The reason I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that there is significant room to improve the thermal engineering. Currently, the unit maintains the tea temperature by continuously re-heating the bottom pot to 95°C for up to two hours. To truly modernize this product, SAKI should implement high-performance insulation—specifically vacuum insulation similar to high-end Japanese water boilers. It isn’t enough to just add a layer of insulation; it needs to be effective. For example, many top-tier Japanese boilers are rated to keep 100°C water at a very high temperature even after 6 hours without any additional power. Wow wow wow was all I could say when I took this out of the box yesterday to clean it. The entire product is way bigger than I expected. Of course I read how big it was but it’s just exceeded my expectations. It’s so solid as well as the tea kettle that sits atop it. It’s also not super heavy. The cord is really hefty and nice and the base is fantastic. This is going to sound weird but my first thought was wow this kettle is so sexy. Cleaning it and setting it up was very easy and I’m so excited to use it for the first time. I’m literally in love with this. Also the tea kettle doesn’t always have to be on top. That’s something I struggled with finding information for when I was researching this. The lid on the tea pot fits the kettle and you can put the tea pot up for when you just need hot water for whatever reason.

It’s great but…
5 stars for looks- it’s gorgeous and looks fantastic in my kitchen. I bought the Pearl color and it matches my Breville toaster oven really well. With that said- I do like my new tea maker, but the instruction manual is very vague about HOW to actually use the machine. So 4 stars for that reason. It doesn’t have the 6 presets that are listed on the website blog article. Mine has only the 4 strangely named presets. (I find them a bit odd anyway). There are only basic instructions on how to brew Turkish tea in the booklet that came in the box, none for other types of tea. I am a jasmine green tea drinker. I really wish the “tutorials “ link on the Saki website actually worked! A bit disappointing for something that I thought was going to be THE tea maker of my dreams… my old goose neck electric kettle is easier to use, but I might love the Turkish Tea Maker someday if I ever figure out exactly how to use all of the functions properly?

Still need some improvement
Use this kettle for my pour over coffee everyday and found that this product is not as good as the Timemore kettle. Even the piece is $20 to $30 lower and the design is very similar, the user experience is not friendly, especially the control panel power on/off to use. I love to support local design but I think the design team need to have more innovation comparing to others so Saki can stay in the game.

Quirky Control Panel
Beautiful design that boils water quickly. My only negative is the control panel. As others have stated it just doesn’t respond correctly on the first try. You have to push in exactly the right place several times before it responds accordingly. Mine may need to be returned but I was trying to give it some time to see if I could get any consistency from the panel.

I had good experience with purchasing this kettle. We had different kettle and it stop working, so I got this kettle for my coffee and it had been working great until on and off switch stop working. I had some frustrations every day and finally reach to SAKI about problem. They were so quick to find out what is problem and ended up sent me a new one. I'm happy that I can use good kettle again and their customer service. I will keep making my coffee with this kettle.

Very good product for the money
A solid kettle. Heating happens quickly and is accurate. Very rarely overshoots the desired temperature and, if it does, it’s not by much. Also very much appreciate that interior has zero plastic. My one suggestion would be for the display temperature to update continuously. I am not sure when we the temperature dips below the target except for a small indication that the water is reheating (plus the sound of the water being heated itself). Not terrible but I have grabbed the kettle off the element only for it to start heating as I pick it up. More so slightly annoying for me, but could matter more for someone who really cares about constant temperature during pour.

I've used my new kettle for just a few days but there are two concerns I have. The first is that there was some gluey residue on the panel where the controls are. In trying to remove the glue, I have succeeded only in spreading it around. Now the panel is a mess! The second issue is all the pressing I have had to do to get the process to start. It has always taken me several tries to hit the power button in a way that will actually start the unit. I am not sure I would recommend the product to others.

Probably The Best There Is
It is well designed and almost perfect from a functional perspective, The only reservations that I have is its modest capacity. I would increase it by an ounce or two. The kettle doesn't shut off after have pressed and held the off button. This is an inconvenience You should consider expanding your product line to include a well designed thermos that will hold hot coffee hot for several hours. Elegant and high quality
This kettle is almost perfect! Packaging is great. The design is very elegant and looks great in my coffee corner. Heats up quickly and I love the auto-hold feature. It holds the temperature within a couple degrees of the set temperature. The pulsing led light is pretty cool. The handle is quite comfortable. One of the best features is that it is very easy to have a slow, controlled flow for pour over coffee, but pours much quicker by a slight change in the handle angle for tea or french press. And, to top it off, customer service is top notch, replying very quickly and professionally. My only small gripe is that you have to hold the on/off button for 5-6 seconds to turn it off, otherwise it would be a 5 star rating.

Got a Baristan gooseneck kettle for christmas. When we took it out of the box it was broken (buttons didn't function). After a couple of weeks a new one arrived (free, no charge for shipping) and it has been great. It works well.

Works well and temps seem to be accurate. No interior plastic or silicone other than the rubber seal on the lid. I looked for a long time before deciding to buy this kettle. Suggested improvements I'd like to see the rubber on the lid removed from the design. There are other gooseneck kettles without it. Tactile buttons and temperature control dial, but it works. This would be more robust too. Powdercoated finish on the kettle.

Some good, some could be improved
Positive: all stainless steel touching the water, no plastics, nice look; fairly quiet as it heats as compared to other kettles; higher capacity than most kettles Negative: no lid on the samovar besides the teapot. If you don't want to use the teapot or it doesn't fit under your cabinet, there is a huge gaping hole in the samovar lid. In photos it looked like the glass teapot sat on top of a flat surface lid, but it doesn't; the handles don't feel sturdy- they are plastic; during boiling a few drips come out of the spigot; no temp regulation possible; teapot infuser is part of the teapot lid- if you remove the infuser when tea has steeped, the smaller metal lid won't fit in the opening and will fall into the teapot water;

Great product, but refilling needs a bit of improvement
Overall it's a beautiful and functional samovar that performs well. However, the main water reservoir is not detachable from the electric base. This creates an inconvenience. You must unplug the entire unit and carry it (with the wire) to the sink for refilling or cleaning. Even making the power cord detachable from the unit itself would make handling it easier—a feature to hopefully consider in a future version

Samavar Replacement
I noticed you have changed the tea pot design from ceramic to glass. It looks very classy. Just an observation to pass along, on the ceramic one one could remove the tea strainer and the lead could be put back on but with this glass design, the lead can’t be used without the tea strainer. I hope we won’t have any issue with the thermometer switch. This was a replacement and we do appreciate the customer service of Saki.

A great machine for those with an electric stovetop
This machine is a great alternative for those with an electric stovetop. Turkish coffee requires proper heat management and this machine automates that part of the process making it easy. We have an electric stovetop which is not fit for making Turkish coffee and we are really enjoying this machine. I did find an error in the manual stating that the machine should have a steady white light when it is complete which is not correct. I would like to suggest adding a chime and some indicator lights so that it's obvious if the unit is working or malfunctioning. The manual I received with my machine was incorrect and I confirmed this with the support team.

Finally a Turkish Coffee Machine Done Right
I had been waiting for this product for quite a while, so as soon as it came back in stock I ordered it without thinking twice. The machine arrived within two days, and I have to say the packaging was exceptionally well done. Honestly, I haven’t seen packaging this carefully designed even with many high-tech electronics. It really complements the design of the coffee machine itself. For me, the most important feature is the fully stainless steel cezve (coffee pot). In other machines I used before, the pots were mostly plastic with only a thin metal plate at the bottom for heat transfer, which always felt cheap. This stainless steel pot feels much cleaner and healthier, and the 4-cup capacity means I can prepare enough coffee in a single batch. The non-slip grip handle is another thoughtful detail. Since it doesn’t heat up like traditional stovetop pots, I imagine it will also last longer. I also like the magnetic base that secures the pot—it feels like a smart safety feature. Another thing that really sets this machine apart from others I’ve used is the open design. Closed designs tend to get dirty over time, and the optical sensors can stop working because of steam and coffee residue. This open structure not only adds a stylish touch to the kitchen but also makes cleaning much easier. Plus, you can actually watch the coffee foam as it brews, which is a nice touch. Finally, the most impressive part is the consistency of the coffee. Every cup I’ve made so far has the same rich flavor and perfect texture. That consistency, in my opinion, is what truly puts this machine at the top compared to its competitors.

Smooth Turkish Style Coffee
The unit as a whole is premium in its look, Quality, operations and design. The entire packaging and attention to detail was evident during the unboxing. There is the base unit with induction programmed settings coupled with a stainless steel pot. The included fine grind sample coffee when measured and used in this intuitive machine delivered a smooth strong cup of coffee that got an A+ rating from a family member. Cleaning is straightforward with hand washing using a sponge and wiping the main unit with a soft cloth. 5-6 minutes of predictable performance delivers the same repeatable taste. It goes without saying that one can experiment with 3 factors - Coffee grind blends, water and sweetener to get different results for different end users. One like to have is to sell a Carry bag that is reasonably priced to protect the main unit induction surface, so that this coffee maker can be carried on the road and operated in many locations. (Just 500w). It would also help to have an additional coffee pot when ordering the product ready for larger audiences. Cool, but still not sure
Great little device that seems to do what it says it will do, but I'm not sure it's exactly like a sand brew or even a stovetop brew. The foam isn't as fine as a sand/stove brew, maybe it's the shape of the ibrik? And it's REALLY LOUD. I know induction burners are loud, but wow. This thing is noisy.

We’ve been living in California since late 2024 and have tried several Turkish coffee brands available in the U.S. SAKI was a very pleasant surprise. Good Specialty Turkish Coffee
It's a shame that so many coffee experts and influencers don't care for unfiltered Turkish coffee. So many of them translate that to meaning Turkish coffee can't be enjoyed using specialty coffee. That's nonsense. Saki Traditional is the first time I found a pre-ground Turkish coffee that blows away the misconceptions of (1) specialty coffee has no business in a cezve, and (2) specialty coffee can't be pre-ground. While I have beans and grinders that can do a powder grind, there are times I want my coffee with minimum effort. The coffee comes in a very nice bag with a valve to keep it fresher longer, although I also use a specific canister as well. Knowing the coffee is single origin and knowing its roasting date are big plusses. I will reorder.

My go-to Turkish coffee
Excellent quality, medium roast. Fine grind, suitable for "ibrik" method, i.e., traditional Turkish preparation method. Final result definitely better than with many of the coffees available in Middle Eastern grocery stores. Out of curiosity, and despite a fine grind, try the pour-over method.
