Soporte Hero

The SAKI Turkish Coffee Maker is designed with a comprehensive suite of safety features to protect the machine and provide you with a "zero guesswork" experience. These features ensure that the SandBrew™ induction heating only operates under optimal conditions.

Overheat & Dry-Boil Protection

The machine is equipped with Empty Cup Detection, which prevents the device from starting if there is no liquid in the pot.

  • How it works: Sensors in the induction base detect the weight and thermal signature of the cezve. If the pot is empty or the water level is below the 70 ml minimum, the machine will not engage the heating cycle.
  • The Benefit: This prevents the stainless steel from overheating or warping and protects the internal components from the damage caused by "dry boiling."

Automatic Shut-Off & Peak Foam Detection

Unlike traditional stovetop brewing that requires constant monitoring, this machine features an automatic shut-off triggered by its sensor suite.

  • Peak Foam Detection: The sensors monitor the foam rise in real-time. The moment your coffee reaches its maximum height, the machine instantly cuts power to the induction coil.
  • Overspill Sensor: As a secondary layer of protection, an overspill sensor acts as a fail-safe. If the foam rises too rapidly or unexpectedly, the machine shuts down immediately and provides a flashing light and sound alert.

Maintain Safety with the Right Coffee

To ensure these safety sensors receive the most accurate "read" of the foam rise, it is recommended to use coffee with a consistent, powdery grind.

SAKI Traditional Turkish Coffee is specifically engineered for this system. Its ultra-fine 40–220 micron grind creates the stable, predictable foam that the PureSense™ sensors are calibrated to track, ensuring the auto-shutoff engages at the perfect millisecond.

If your machine ever triggers a safety shut-off (indicated by a red light), simply check your water level or wipe the sensor bridge, and you can contact SAKI Support if you need further guidance.
