Making banana bread is a very delicious way of making use of overripe bananas. It is called bread but it tastes more like a cake. Banana bread is a perfect complement to a cup of coffee or milk. 1¼ cups milk (warm)
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
3 tablespoon butter (at room temperature)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Open the top lid of the bread maker and remove the bread pan from the machine by pulling it upward.
Make sure the bread pan is clean and both kneading paddles are removed. You will be mixing the bread batter by hand and will not need the kneading paddles.
Blend all the ingredients thoroughly using a whisk and pour the batter into the bread pan.
