I love my samovar, and have been using it all the time since getting it. My only complaint about the design is that the teapot accumulates a lot of condensation on the bottom, so when you're removing it from the top of the samovar it can send that condensation all over the place if you're not careful! I keep a cloth nearby to help dry it off. Other than that I have no notes.

This thing is absolutely awesome! I wanted something that didn't have plastic inside (most electric kettles do nowadays). I have a baby and have been finding it challenging to enjoy a cup of tea. I put water on, by the time I remember to make tea, the water is hot. And I'm stuck in the loop of always heating up the water for tea. I've been enjoying tea and always having hot water on hand. It's amazing. The cabinets in my kitchen are a little too low and I couldn't fit the teapot on the top, so I used a lid from an old pyrex dish I have and it fits perfectly. I keep the teapot next to the samovar. Love it and can't recommend it enough.
