How do I clean the brewing pot?

Dishwasher Safe: The SAKI brewing pot is unique because it is dishwasher safe. You can simply place it in your dishwasher for a deep, effortless clean.
Hand Washing: If you prefer, wash it by hand using warm water and a mild dish soap. Use a soft sponge or cloth to avoid scratching the polished stainless steel interior.
No Abrasives: Avoid using steel wool or harsh abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the smooth finish over time.

Exterior Wipe: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the matte black exterior of the base. This keeps it looking sculptural and clean on your counter.
Sensor Care: Pay special attention to the PureSense™ sensor area. Ensure it is free of steam residue or coffee splashes to maintain accurate Peak Foam Detection.
Safety First: Never submerge the power base, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.

Immediate Rinse: For the best results, give the pot a quick rinse with warm water immediately after pouring your coffee. This prevents the ultra-fine grounds (telve) from drying and sticking to the bottom.
Descaling: Depending on the hardness of your water, you may occasionally see mineral buildup. A simple mixture of water and a small amount of white vinegar can be used to soak the pot and remove any scaling, ensuring the SandBrew™ heat remains even.
