• Cup Size: This capacity is based on the traditional Turkish coffee cup (finjan), which is typically about 2–2.5 ounces (60–75 ml).
• Max Fill Line: Inside the 100% stainless steel cezve, you will find a MAX markings. To ensure the Peak Foam Detection and Overspill Sensors work perfectly, avoid filling the water above this line, especially since Turkish coffee expands significantly as the foam rises.
• Consistency: Whether you are brewing a single cup for yourself or the full 4-cup capacity for guests, the SandBrew™ technology adjusts to provide the same consistent heat and "sand-brewed" taste.
