Induction Power Base Check

  • Check the Surface: Ensure both the top of the induction base and the bottom of the stainless steel cezve are clean and dry. Since induction relies on close contact, even a small amount of debris or a thick layer of water can sometimes interfere with the connection.
  • Solid White Light: When plugged into a 120V outlet, the base should show a solid white light in standby mode. If you see no light, try a different outlet to rule out a tripped breaker.
  • Correct Seating: The induction sensors require the pot to be placed firmly and centered in the cradle. If it’s slightly tilted or not pushed all the way back, the "One-Touch" button may not engage.
  • Magnetic Detection: Induction bases are smart—they won't start heating unless they detect the specific magnetic signature of the SAKI stainless steel pot. Ensure you are using the original SAKI cezve.

Sensor Reset

If the light is on but the brew won't start, the PureSense™ sensor bridge (located above the pot) might be blocked by residue. Give it a gentle wipe with a dry, soft cloth to ensure it has a clear "line of sight" to the coffee.
