How to Adjust the Hold Timer

1. Enter Settings Menu: With the device powered on, rotate the dial past the tea presets until you see the Settings or Hold icon on the LCD screen.
2. Select 'Hold': Press the center of the dial to enter the Hold Time sub-menu.
3. Choose Duration: Rotate the dial to scroll through the available preset intervals:
   • 0 minutes (Turn off Hold completely)
   • 30 minutes
   • 60 minutes
   • 90 minutes (Available on Pro models)
   • 120 minutes (Maximum duration)
4. Confirm: Press the center of the dial again to lock in your selection.

What Happens During 'Hold'?

Once you have selected your tea preset and the water reaches that temperature, the tea maker will beep. The LCD screen will then transition to show the Hold Timer counting down from your selected duration. This keeps the water in the bottom kettle at the perfect temperature to continue steaming the concentrate in the top teapot.
