- Return & Exchange Period: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within a 30-day period from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to make sure your item is perfect.
- Conditions for a Refund: For a full refund, we just ask that the items be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition and where possible, items should be in their original packaging.
- Cost of Return Shipping: For orders shipped within the United States, we will provide a prepaid return label to make your return process easy. For orders shipped outside of the United States, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We strive to provide you with the best possible service. However, any returned item that is used or damaged may incur a minimal 10% restocking fee, calculated from your original purchase price.
