At SAKI, we value our customers and their satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you!
  • Return & Exchange Period: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within a 30-day period from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to make sure your item is perfect.
  • Conditions for a Refund: For a full refund, we just ask that the items be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition and where possible, items should be in their original packaging.
  • Cost of Return Shipping: For orders shipped within the United States, we will provide a prepaid return label to make your return process easy. For orders shipped outside of the United States, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs. 
  • Restocking Fee: We strive to provide you with the best possible service. However, any returned item that is used or damaged may incur a minimal 10% restocking fee, calculated from your original purchase price.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return or exchange, simply create a return request through our live chat. It will guide you through every step to make the process as seamless as possible.
  • Proof of Purchase: To ensure your return or exchange is processed, we require an order number, receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Refunds: Refunds are promptly issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
