French bread is a great choice to freeze. To do so, it is better to slice it when it is fresh so that you do not have to reheat the whole bread later on but as many slices as you need. You can toast frozen French bread straight from the freezer, or reheat them in the oven or air fryer, or on the stove when needed. It will taste freshly baked when reheated.
