Great kettle
Owned it for a week now, it works great. It heats up to just the set temperature and then keeps the water hot for hours until you turn it off. I’m happy with it overall.

Perfect
I absolutely love this kettle. I searched far and wide for all of the elements I was looking for in an idea kettle: non plastic, large capacity, pre-set temperatures, no sound option, fair price, good looking. This kettle has it all! What a find! It quite literally is perfect for me. I use it every single day, multiple times a day. After a year I did have some chipping on the enamel, and when I reached out to the support team, they were extremely responsive, and thoroughly resolved my issue. I look forward to using this kettle for years to come.
Sarah G. · 5/5So far I like it
It is early to say because I just got my kettle. I was really happy to find an electric kettle that does not have glue or plastic. I use it a few times every day and I like to take care of myself
Peggy B. · 5/5Beautiful, functional kettle
Love it so much. Aesthetically, functionally, and practically. Extends abilities in the kitchen and peace of mind with a no-plastic kettle.
Gabrielle N. G. · 5/5love it!
It's been three days since we got our new electric kettle, and we're already loving it! The minimalist, ergonomic design is a big plus. I also love that I don't have to boil the water and then wait for it to cool to a drinkable temperature. We've used electric kettles for years — they typically last 3–5 years — so I'm hoping this one holds up just as well.
Yekaterina R. · 5/5Loving it!
I've never owned a electric kettle before but this first purchase was a winner for me. I love the presets and custom settings. Very easy to use. The temp hold time another bonus as well as ease of use
DM M. · 5/5Best plastic free kettle!
We started looking for a plastic free kettle that had multiple heat settings when we had our son. I cared very deeply about finding something that had no plastic elements at all and did a LOT of research. The SAKI Luna kettle came very well-recommended. We also liked that it had a “formula” setting. Recently, the kettle briefly got stuck at one temperature. I reached out to customer support, and they gave me recommendations to try to fix it and offered to replace if those didn’t work. The recommendations worked well and my kettle is back to its high functioning glory. They also emailed and checked in after I gave them the news it was working again. Overall I’m very happy with my kettle and would absolutely purchase again!
Sofia W. · 5/5Great kettle
Awesome kettle that is great quality. Absolutely 0 plastic or silicone pieces which is reassuring someone worried about that.
Dillon · 5/5Stylish, Well-Built & Excellent Functionality
The build quality and appearance of the Luna Electric Kettle is top-notch. The functionality is simple and intuitive and it works effortlessly. Highly recommend this product!
TJ · 5/5Best kettle I've ever had by far.
I'm so happy to switch to a kettle where there is no plastic or silicone that comes in contact with the water or steam. I've been trying to detoxify my kitchen for several years now. The hold feature is very helpful while I'm making tea and especially French press coffee and am busy with other kitchen activities at the same time. Heats up really quickly. The interface is intuitive and pretty well thought out. I like that it remembers your last setting. I make lots of different beverages so I change it often but it's really helpful when I can use the same setting twice. I only have one note and one minor idea for improvement. Be aware that the exterior of the kettle and lid get quite warm (no problem as the ample handle stays quite cool). One small improvement: it would be helpful if the minimum and maximum fill lines were on both sides of the interior. Thanks Saki!!!
JONATHAN H. · 5/5Incredible!
The Luna has completed my Hot Drink Station nicely. It’s so easy to dial in the exact temperature for whatever I’m brewing, and the hold feature is a lifesaver for those moments when I can’t break away from my desk to pour my tea. The water stays hot and ready when I am. I’m getting tea shop quality flavors at home, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!
Justin C. · 5/5Excellent, not quite perfect
I've used the Luna EKP several times. Very nice. It heats the water fairly quietly, and it holds it there to my desired temp for my desired time. MINOR issues: 1 - The menu selection dial is not particularly ergonomic. It took me a while to realize it turns as long as there's friction between your finger and the control, and the menu is bit "jumpy". 2 - The MIN and MAX lines are difficult to see. Making them larger and increasing the contrast would make it perfect. 3 - The distance between the handle (grip) and the kettle itself is slightly excessive which creates a leverage issue and therefore a fairly strong hand to lift a full kettle off the launch pad and pour it gracefully.
Karin S. · 4/5Great kettle
Love the electric kettle! Nice design and heats up quickly.
Elizabeth D. L. · 5/5Best cup of tea ever
Since moving to tea from coffee and staying at a rental that had an electric tea kettle, I had been on the hunt. I spent weeks reading reviews and at first, I thought I wanted something that was pretty glass and would heat quickly. As I continued to read, I realized the most important features I wanted was precision of temperature and a kettle that had zero plastic parts touching the boiling water. I only found about 4 brands that met that criteria. As I compared them, the additional features that made me choose Saki was its capacity, small footprint, warranty, price point and its beauty. Additionally, it’s headquartered in California. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. Best of all, it makes the best cup of tea I’ve ever had. Thanks Saki!

Love that this has no plastic! The wide mouth makes it easy to fill. The sage green color is exactly as pictured and looks great on my black counters.
Shyamali · 5/5Love this thing
Its exactly what I needed and I love the color
James G. · 5/5Tea kettle delight
We really like our new saki electric tea kettle No plastic ! Beautiful color choices And it forces us to be careful about turning it off after use and unplugging it - as well as emptying the water. All important safety items for any electric appliance even with automatic turn off. We really think we made the best choice after very careful research !
Amy C. · 5/5Worth it
Love it. Worth the money We had a decent electric kettle previously that started leaking so I decided to try out the Luna Pro. It makes a great cup of tea and the perfect cup of instant coffee. It really does make a difference.

Super happy with the look, feel, and speed of this kettle. It is not a pourover spout -yay- it is an all purpose design and we use it daily for tea, pasta water, french press, and boiled eggs. Such a timesaver and the white color looks beautiful on my counter .
Susan H. · 5/5Beautiful kettle
Not only is it sleek and beautiful, it is easy to use!
Susan L. · 5/5Impressed
I set the altitude (2500 feet )on my pot and it reached boiling (207) degrees f) and held it . Perfect cup of coffee this morning I’ve only had it for one day but am pleased at how fast it heats up
Robert K. · 5/5I hope she stays with me forever.

Natalya R. · 5/5It’s an electric kettle, it works well heating up my water
It’s an electric kettle. It heats up my water. I like that it has different temps. I like that it keeps the temp for a while. I think that’s the only review you need right? I just got it. Hopefully it lasts. I like the color.
Samantha G. · 5/5Luna kettle pro
I like the kettle and its settings. It would be easier to tell the water level if the minimum & maximum markings were darker.
Lynne P. · 5/5Easy to use
Very straightforward to use. I like how the temperature hold feature is also very quiet.
