Overview
This is the kettle with the 100% plastic-free water path. Every part your water touches (chamber, lid, spout, gauge) is 304 stainless steel. The spout is welded, not glued. There is no silicone in the water path. When we say nothing but steel touches your water, we mean it down to the last joint. It's also the easiest kettle you'll ever use: 7 one-touch presets (Green, White, Oolong, Herbal, Black, French Press, and Baby Formula), plus a dial that adjusts in one-degree steps for everything else. Luna holds the temperature you set for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and its Altitude Calibration keeps your presets true from sea level to 9,900 feet.

It has just been few days since we started using our new kettle. It is amazing - floored by the temp control mechanism. All steel body, cool color and functionality. Tea tastes better with water boiled according to the tea type! If the performance holds through I am adding this to my gift giving list.

Simple, nice looking design, no plastic! The multiple temps and ability to keep at temp till I pour the tea water is working well. Much appreciated, especially if it outlasts my last plastic-free kettle (a different brand, fun color, but only 18 months of life).

This is gorgeous. The handle is my favorite part, besides that the kettle is plastic-free. Unfortunately, I can’t always get the power button to work. I’ve tried using different outlets, but I get the same issue. Sometimes it turns on right away, but sometimes I need to click the button a few times to get it to work. It’s annoying when I’m trying to rush and make my morning tea before work. Not sure the gorgeous look is worth the extra frustration.

My only critique is how difficult and expensive it was to get it to Canada, I paid over $150USD on top of the kettle price to get it to Canada. Our coffee tastes WAY better now that our old kettle filled with plastic windows and parts is gone. Thank you Saki.

This kettle is almost perfect. The temperature accuracy is spot on , the construction feels extremely solid, and I really appreciate that there are no plastic parts that come into contact with the water. It also has a premium look that stands out on the countertop. I originally wanted the Emerald Green version but it was out of stock and customer service couldn’t even provide an estimate of when it would be available again, which was disappointing. My only real criticism is the handle. While it looks nice, it isn’t ergonomically designed. When the kettle is full, the handle places more stress on the wrist than it should, making it less comfortable to pour—especially for anyone with wrist pain, arthritis, or reduced grip strength. A more ergonomic handle would make this kettle perfect. Overall, this is one of the best tea kettles I’ve ever used, and I would still recommend it for its accuracy, quality, and design. Just be aware that if you have wrist problems, the current handle design may not be the best choice. Hopefully, the manufacturer will improve the handle in a future version.

This seemed like a bit of an extreme price for a kettle, but I really wanted one with no plastic or silicone. Now that I’ve used it, the price sting is wearing off…it’s a great kettle, I love the features, and it even feels good in your hand. The dial takes a bit of getting used to, as far as changing temps, but now that I know you need a firmer press while you change it, I’ve gotten it down.

No mL/volume markings, just a min and max line that is not visible when holding the kettle with your left hand. This eliminates the ability to fill up a specific volume of water without using a separate measuring cup which is extremely annoying. The plug design takes up too much space and must be placed on a specific side if you have another socket in use. The exterior could be insulated to protect from accidentally touching the hot surface.

I was looking for an all steel tea kettle and this beautiful tea kettle is good looking, efficient in boiling, and can keep water hot for 2 hours. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but it is sturdy and I am sure it will hold up for years.

I absolutely love it! I wanted two things 1. NO PLASTIC touching the water 2. Exact temperature settings for various teas. It is that and so much more. It looks very high end in my kitchen and the quality of the stainless is excellent. I did not expect the little red glow ring to be so playful and adorable, but, it might be my favorite feature.

Love the simple design. Great use of materials. Slick packaging. Easy to use. Heats up fast. No plastic touching the water. Lid has a satisfying snap. Love that I can adjust the beep tone. One thing for improvement would be a more refined mechanics on the spin of the dial. Excellent customer service.
