Track Order Status

Want to view or edit an order? You can check order status, track a delivery, view pickup details, edit your delivery or email address, print an invoice, and more by checking your online Order Status

After your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Need extra insight? Use the order status link to get detailed delivery info. And remember — it's always best practice to track your package directly from the courier provider's page in order stay up-to-date on any shipment updates!
We kindly request that your cancellation requests be made within 30 minutes of submitting your order. Contact us via chat or email at support@saki.us and we will take care of the rest.

After this window closes, we cannot cancel the purchase and instead require that orders be returned according to our return policy and instructions.

We process and ship orders within one business day, with deliveries typically taking 2-7 days. However, this may vary depending on your location or carrier service disruptions.

To ensure a successful delivery of your package, please take the following steps:

  2. If after 48 hours it has been marked as “delivered” but you have yet to receive it, we suggest searching around the designated delivery location and asking if anyone else accepted its arrival.
  3. Moreover, be mindful that some packages may travel through multiple carriers; therefore check all applicable mailboxes where you might typically receive such items.
If your order was lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, please file a claim with the carrier provider first. Then contact us with your claim number and we will be happy to help you receive your order in perfect condition!
