- Order Change or Cancellation Timeframe: Customers can change or cancel their orders before they go into transit, which is before 3 PM PST on the same day of the order placement. If the order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, you may cancel it before 3 PM PST on the next business day.
- Please note that if the order has already been shipped, we regret that changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
- Steps for Changing or Canceling an Order: To change or cancel your order, follow these steps:

- Navigate to the "My Orders" section.
- Locate the order you wish to change or cancel.
- Click on "Change" or "Cancel" as per your requirement.
- In case you encounter any issues while performing these actions, we request you to open a case through our live chat for immediate action
- Exceptions to the Policy: Once your order has been dispatched for shipment, it cannot be changed or canceled. In this scenario, you may refer to our Return Policy.
