2 pounds baby potatoes, well-scrubbed and cut in halves
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Preheat the air fryer by setting the temperature to 380°F and the timer to 3 minutes. Once you press the “Start/Pause” button, it will start warming up.
Add potatoes, olive oil, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and salt into a bowl and mix them.
Put the mixture into the rotating basket if your air fryer has one. If it does not have a rotating basket, put them in the regular air fryer basket or spread them on a tray.
Open the air fryer, place potatoes into it, and close the air fryer.
Set the timer to 18 minutes and press the “Start/Pause” button to start roasting.
If potatoes are in a regular air fryer basket or on a tray, then shake them halfway through cooking.
Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender. You can check tenderness using a fork.
Open the air fryer and transfer potatoes to a serving platter.
