Beef Wellington Bites is said to be named after Arthur Wellesley, Duke of Wellington, one of the leading military and political figures of Britain in the 19th century even though his ties with this dish remains a complete misery. Beef Wellington Bites is a very expensive dish and originally belongs to the English cuisine.

Beef Wellington Bites are very tender beef pieces with some seasoning wrapped in a crispy puff pastry. It is one of the most delicious dishes to be eaten. Tenderloin steak is used to make Beef Wellington Bites. Tenderloin is a cut from the meat which runs along both sides of the cow’s spine. Sometimes tenderloin and filet mignon are thought the same but, in fact, filet mignon is a cut from the thinner end portion of the tenderloin. So, tenderloin covers the filet mignon but not vice versa. Tenderloin is usually the most tender and lean meat to be eaten.
