Directions

  1. Open the lid of the bread machine and remove the bread pan by pulling it upward.

  2. Make sure the bread pan is clean and both kneading paddles are removed. You do not need kneading paddles since you will mix the batter by hand.

  3. Add all the ingredients except the blueberries to a large mixing bowl, and whisk them until smooth.

  4. Gently fold in the blueberries, and pour the batter into the bread pan.

  5. Put the bread pan back in the bread machine, press it down so that it clicks into its place, and close the lid.

  6. Plug the bread machine into an outlet and press the “Power” button to turn the machine on.

  7. Use the “Program” button to select program #3 for the sweet cycle.

  8. Press the “Size” button to choose the weight of the loaf you are making. The time display will also change as you select the size of the bread since larger loaves take longer time to cook.

  9. Press the “Color” button to choose your desired crust color, and then the “Start” button to begin the baking cycle.

  10. Your machine will let you know by making a beep sound once the blueberry bread is done. Open the bread machine at this point and remove the bread pan using a pot holder. If you do not remove the bread pan immediately, the bread machine will automatically go into a warming cycle, keeping your bread warmed for one hour.

  11. After removing the bread pan, flip the pan over and gently tap it on the counter to remove the blueberry bread.

  12. Let it cool down a little bit, and then slice it.

  13. Enjoy your blueberry bread!
